We2travel: singapore

Fue colonia británica, su puerto creció y atrajo a muchos inmigrantes. Por eso hoy conviven una mezcla de culturas, chinos, malayos, hindúes..., y parece una ciudad "inventada" o hecha a propósito.

Después del frío de China, y de la primavera (tirando a joer, qué frío hace) de Japón, llegamos de nuevo al calor extremo de Bangkok por tres días, ya que nuestro vuelo salía desde allí a la no menos calurosa Singapur.
Llegamos a Singapur, teníamos como tres días. Un día entero real para hacer turismo. Jose Luis se encontraba regular y se quedó en el hostal. Yo no se como tuve valor, porque hacía un calor insoportable, me tuve que meter en una tienda de souvenirs y en un Centro Comercial en busca de un poco de aire acondicionado... Pero ya que estaba allí, quería verla. Así que, cámara en mano, éstas son algunas de las fotos que tomé :)

It was a british colony, its port grew and it attracted a lot of immigrants. That is why nowadays live together a mix of cultures, the Chinese, the Malayan, the Indian..., and it looks like a fake city, just like someone did it on purpose.

After the cold in China, and the spring (more like winter...) in Japan, we arrived again to the extreme heat of Bangkok for three days, since we had our flights from there to the no less hot Singapore.
Once in Singapore, we had like three days, more like one whole day for real to do tourism. Jose Luis didn't feel so well that day, so he stayed in the hostel. About me, I don't know from where I took the strength, because it was insufferable hot, I had to hide myself in a souvenir shop and in a shopping center looking for air conditioning... But I was already there, and I wanted to see the city. So, photo camera in hand, these are some of the pictures I took :)
