Shenzhen & Hong Kong

The title of this post could be perfectly something as: 'Capitalism, here we go!', he he he. In fact, Shenzhen and Hong Kong are 2 faces of the same coin. While HK History is already well known (ex British Colony, main Asian trading door, etc), Shenzhen History is draw by the same guidelines and following HK rythm.
In the 80s, Shenzhen got the SEZ (Special Economic Zone) status, and a freedom of Investment status and now it is the wealthiest city in China.

Shenzhen

Although the city structured is just based on huge buildings and most of them are not older than 30 years old, it has some charming mode, mainly due to Bu, our couchsurfing host and his girlfriend Danna. We used their appartment as our base while we crossed to HK for 2 days.
