Coffs Harbour, Byron Bay & Nimbin

Tras dejar a Belen colocada y con casa, me dispuse a emprender mi ruta por la Costa Este australiana...un viaje de desconexion del matrimonio jejeje y que ha hecho que me encante australia (por sus paisajes y playas) y la deteste a partes iguales: por su turismo....adolescentes britanicos y alemanes en busca del 'golden dream': hacer dinero facil mientras beben, hacen surf y con suerte, mojan el churro.

Once I got a house and a job for Belen (hahaha) started my route in the Australian East Coast...a trip for being by myself for a while (lovely that fake divorced we had for some weeks) and a journey that made me like Australia (beaches and landscapes) and hate it both ways beacuse of the kind of tourisim: British and German teenagers looking for their 'golden dream': make some money, surfing, partying and, if they are lucky, having sex.

Decidi hacer la ruta en autobus para no meterme 24h a compartir una caravana con desconocidos porque realmente necesitaba desconectar. Y la primera parada fue genial porque Coffs es muy bonita y conoci a Aly (Irlanda) y Danya (Israel-Italia-UK) en el hostal...dos chicas geniales.

I decided to make my trip by bus as I wanted to be my own and staying 24h inside a campervan with people was not a great idea. First stop was great as Coffs is so nice place and I met in the hostel Aly (Irish) and Danya (Israel-Italy-UK), 2 amazing chicks.

Byron Bay

Es conocida por ser la ciudad de moda de los ciudadanos de Sydney en la costa este. Tiendas, cafes y un falso aire bohemio, pero con unas playas alucinantes. Tuve la suerte de coincidir con Aly y Danya alli y celebrar con ellas mi cumpleanyos...30 tacos ya!

Hay un mini puente en medio de la montanya para ver las vistas....lo encontrais??

It's a comon city on the East Coast for Sydneians to come for a break. Shops, trendy coffes and a fake bohemian style, but with awesome beaches. I had the chance to meet again Aly and Danya and celebrate with them by Bday...30 years, wow!

Nimbin

Desde Byron Bay puedes hacer una excursion de un dia a Nimbin, una ciudad que en los '70 fundaron unos universitarion hippies que querian vivir en el campo y fumar porros dia y noche. Para los que hemos viajado por el Sudeste Asiatico es un poco falso todo, pero tiene su punto kisch.

From Byron Bay you can make a day trip to Nimbin, a town founded in the 70s by a group of universitarians who wanted to live in the countryside and smoke weed every day and night. For those who have travelled in Southeast Asia is a bit fake...but also funy as it's so kisch.
